VRS & YRN college was established in 1963 in the town Chirala, Prakasam District, a District know for tobacco and cyclones. Department of Commerce and Management studies had been included in 1984, under Andhra University area. It is the first private college to get a prestigious Masters Degree MBA in the whole Andhra Area. Well organised administration, good acedemic facilities, excellent faculty and hightly disciplined students are proud possessions of Department of commerce and Mangement studies. This made our department as one of the best management colleges in State of Andhra Pradesh. Now the college came under the affliation of Nagarajuna University, Guntur.
